Wore some new shoes today. Sensible but nice looking. Actually EVIL!!!! Rubbed my heels to shit before I could even get some plasters or compeed patches on them. They're now raw with the skin ripped off and so painful.
I've got some compeed patches to wear tomorrow but need a quick fix to get them to heal fast - AIBU to ask for your tips to fix horrendously damaged heels??? Should I soak them? Smother them in something? Leave them to air out?? Help!
