To find eating every day boring?

I'm really uninterested in food lately.. i'm at the point of only eating because I know I should... I could honestly just not bother.

I've a freezer and cupboards full of it, and I dont actually want any of it.. nothing is inspiring me.

I feed my kids, but then I dont want to eat... I genuinely don't know how to get out of this and find eating interesting again.

As long as you're not massively risking your health by being seriously underweight or the opposite and you ensure your children eat healthily then it's just one of those things.

For example sport generally bores me to tears /I just see people chasing a ball but others base their lives on it. We're all different.

Unfortunately for you and all of us humans eating is a regular necessity so I would treat it like that but otherwise wouldn't worry about it.

I think that at least one day a week, you cook the food that you like. Just for you! Treat yourself and try and reawaken your interest.

I totally agree. I find most food so unappetising and I really dislike cooking.

I find what works for me is eating the same thing each day at set times so a) I don't have to think about what to eat and b) it forces me to eat real food when otherwise I'd just snack on chocolate as it's easy.

I can't always finish my meals but it's ok because I've started at least.
