Would I be unreasonable to initiate legal proceedings against this man?

And Joey is there, naturally, having a good old nose when Miss Annersley grills Carola.

OK, I have gone through the shelves and found four duplicates, so up on Ebay they have gone.
Here's the link to Jo Returns the listsings all start EBD Chalet school.
But I have to warn you STERNLY against just clicking 'view seller's other items' as I am selling some other books which would make Miss Annersley's hair fall out, let alone go white overnight (and would have got me expelled, I expect, had I smuggled them into school in my hatbos.) The other three are 'Exploits', 'Triplets' and 'Jo' - the Oberammergau one.
