I know it's not big or clever but has anyone got any recommendations for ones that actually work?
I'm quite clued up about healthy eating and exercise I just want something to stop that initial starving feeling when cut calories.T.i a

Also both of you seem to be lumping all obese people unto one group.

But like any group, we all have our own reasons why we became obese, who we were before and what's going on in our bodies/head.

So we do need different solutions.

I'm 15 stone, a size 16. I've been a size 8 at around 9 stone, that was when i was exercisung. So i've got six stone to lose.
