I think someone has added one 0 too many.

curiositycreature · 04/06/2019 22:11

What are those pictures?!

thebear1 · 04/06/2019 22:12

Yep, someone has put in the wrong price.

Youwanapizzame · 04/06/2019 22:13

I think given its condition and location its probably two Os too many!!!

Pipandmum · 04/06/2019 22:15

Yes it’s a typo. Just look at the nearby sold prices link.

TurboTeddy · 04/06/2019 22:15

Agree with PP about an extra 0 bring added. Last sale nearby was for a larger house in better condition for 385,000 which was in October last year.

Hobbes8 · 04/06/2019 22:16

Does it come with its own oil field?

Alsohuman · 04/06/2019 22:16

Shame it’s in such a mess, it could be lovely. Wonder what price it’s supposed to be? Even £200k seems a lot.

Dropitlikeitshot · 04/06/2019 22:18

They’re some inspired photos.
Very, ‘this is a place somebody was once stabbed to death’.

FatThor · 04/06/2019 22:20

I just checked the agent's website, it's £200k Grin

OddCat · 04/06/2019 22:22

They're charging extra for the ghost that obviously lives there!

GodDammitAmy · 04/06/2019 22:23

They've missed off the arty shots of stunt pineapples and running taps. That'd make it worth £2m.

PickAChew · 04/06/2019 22:27

Well, it's got plenty of original features. That mould has to have been there since some time in the last century.

Feelingwalkedover · 04/06/2019 22:29

They added 3 0s on the end

AutumnCrow · 04/06/2019 22:34

The mortgage checker says monthly mortgage payment is a mere £9,402 a month

ArthurMc · 04/06/2019 22:35

It’s a bargain at that price!

Isatis · 04/06/2019 22:35

Even £200K looks a bit optimistic for that house.

Trouble is, the agent is now going to tell the vendors that there have been loads of hits on the website and there's real interest in the property ...

CamillafromCobham · 04/06/2019 22:36

In parts of London, that price wouldn’t be too far off. It’s a double fronter, they’re expensive around here.

Dexterslockedintheshedagain · 04/06/2019 22:37

Think it's what's known as a 'do-er up-er'!

BlackCatSleeping · 04/06/2019 22:40

My first thought was "London prices", but then I realised it was Tyne and Wear, then I saw the photos. It really needs a ton of work.

Lolly25 · 04/06/2019 22:41

That's one creepy abode (loving the staircase though)

PinkiOcelot · 04/06/2019 22:42

Definitely

BlackCatSleeping · 04/06/2019 22:42

Also, the pictures are utterly terrible. I think that combined with the pricing mistake would make me consider a better agent.

MereDintofPandiculation · 04/06/2019 22:43

The fact that there are only 7 photos, including 1 of the landing and 1 of the stairs, but none of the bedrooms makes you wonder what state the bedrooms are in.

But you could make a lovely house out of that!

user1473878824 · 04/06/2019 22:44

How is even the listing haunted?!?! 😱
