Since January the diet has been starting tomorrow and of course it hasn't bloody started. So right now I'm facing the prospect of having to buy a whole new set of clothes for me holiday, and never wanting to look at the holiday photos again as I'm such a lump
So, I've got 6 weeks to get my arms thinner and more toned, try and get rid of my mum belly (especially the little pouch bit at the bottom that I blame on the kids but actually it's all due to me eating crap), and a thinner face. Not much to ask!
I don't want to go on a silly diet to obviously I need to start eating healthily and cut out all the crap. Exercise? Do do I do the 30 day shred? I used to run but haven't for ages. I do cycle to work, though.
So, give me all you've got to help me look a million times better (so feel a million times better) in just six darn weeks. Go!
