To quite fancy Rory Stewart?

I mean, he’s definitely the hottest of the Tory leadership candidates isn’t he? Not a strong field obviously, but not being crazy is quite attractive. And I think he’s pretty convincing as ‘prime minister written for a Richard Curtis light comedy’. Also sexy doesn’t mind working in a war zone background. It’s just me, isn’t it?

I'd vote for him as he comes across like a decent person. Stephen Kinnock strikes me the same way. And for that reason they won't get anywhere

I really like Rory Stewart, always have, extremely intelligent and competent. But that’s as far as it goes. Seems a good bloke but really not my cup of tea in that respect.

I read a bit more about him after this thread, he and his wife seem quite incredible.

It's one of those times when you realise you've been off boiling the kettle or daydreaming whilst others have been off conquering the world.

I read an interview with him in which he said he didn't talk about his past (Afganistan etc). Which is funny because he seems to mention it a lot.
