I'm in the states. It's after midnight here and I'm tipsy, but my husband is playing final fantasy like a kid. How are you Saturdays going?

My 16 year old has a paper due tomorrow and claims I am getting up at 8am to help "tutor" her.

Just having my morning hot chocolate - didn't get much sleep and there's a big pokémon go event lasting three hours today, 11-2 - hope I can stay awake!

I'm having a break from the booze and last night was my first alcohol free Friday in months? maybe years? I feel a bit strange this morning but less foggy.
Kids party in a couple of hours and hairdressers this afternoon to sort out the greys

I'm just off to get my hair done and DH is taking toddler ds swimming.

DS and I are on the sofa in our pjs because DP crawled (literally) home after midnight , threw up and had to be helped into bed, so will be very hungover and will not appreciate a toddler jumping on him Hmm so I'm sat here thinking about what I can make him do to make it up to me Grin

@GiveMeFiveMinutes, Such a sweet sentiment. My husband and I really needed asleep children tonight. The cocktails came out after that, but then he asked if I wanted to talk to adults. I said yes, and he started playing a video game and put his friends on speaker while they talked about things I do not understand.

It's 8:21am here. My DH, DS & DD are all away to the Cup Final.
It's just me and little DD.
She has swimming soon then we're going for Ice-Cream then we'll watch the Match on the TV.

Fourteen. He was playing Eleven when I met him, so I shouldn't be surprised. He actually works in video games, but think more Tinker Bell than Pee, Pee First Person Shooters.

@ohcarriemathison You sound like you have the most going on so far. Good on you for having family that gets up and out this early! It has to be a special occasion, like my birthday, for my family to agree to leave out home on a Saturday by 9am.

I have been at the pool with DS2 since 7am for swim club training, I have eaten my weight in chocolate and I'm still not properly awake yet!

That should have said "Pew, pew, first person shooters." For some reason, my autocorrect turned "pew" to "pee." When this happens, it usually means my oldest is playing a prank on me.

I'm chilling on the couch with my second cup of coffee. I am dressed though and so is ds, my dm should be here any minute to take him swimming.

Ds has gone to chase dp out of bed.

Then it's a morning of house scrubbing ready for estate agents photos and possibly buying a wardrobe (finally!)

Think my dm might help us with a run to the tip later too

Dh and the baby are still asleep after an 8 hour drive home from holiday yesterday. Dd and I are up later than usual, talking about how we miss our big family (Paw Patrol for the first time in a week seems to he helping her if not me!). Can't get the laptop cable out of the bedroom without waking the baby. I'll have to leave sorting out the photos til later!
