To always request a refund on my substitutions (online shopping)

I always do click and collect. On the app it tells me what substitute items I have and it's really easy to request a refund if I don't like the substitution. I'm now beginning to find more and more reasons to request the refund, sometimes genuine and sometimes less so.

Given that I get to keep the items it's a bit of a moral dilemma!

Fair game or immoral?

But if you don't want cherry coke, you give it back? Not keep it and reclaim the money?

What are you on about? You pick your shopping up ,they bring it to your car, tell you what substitutions were made and ask you if want them,if you don't they take them back and refund you. (Tesco) Confused

If I ordered 4 budget chicken breasts and was given 4 organic ones I wouldn't request a refund.

Wow you’re a saint. Have a fucking medal OP!

Supermarkets keep an eye on stuff like this so if you do it too often eventually you may be penalised for it. Which could result in you being banned as a customer. Is it worth it?

What I am 'on about' is that not every supermarket, and not even every branch of every supermarket does it the same way. Clearly. The store I Click and Collect from is a very small branch that does not do that, as I have explained since ny first post.

Also. It's Asda for those who want to see if they can do the same have asked. Ive also been told by a member of staff to 'report if anything is missing - they don't check'! Even me with my loose morals have not brought myaelfnto do that...yetHmm
