Shamelessly using AIBU for more traffic and unlike my username, it is not currently a very sunny evening unfortunately!

DP has just left to take the dog out then he's going to the gym.

I'm going to use the valuable time of having the house to myself to clean out the entire fridge & disinfect it, clean the kitchen, tidy up the living room, pop to the corner shop for a packet of minstrels and come back and watch the latest GOT episode.

I love evenings to myself, our dog (just over a year old) can be a bit whiny sometimes at night as he's not allowed on the sofa and gets jealous, but he likes to follow me around whilst I do things around the house my little shadow.

We’ve just told the whole family we’re expecting DC2 after our 12 week scan today!. Currently watching the last episode of the bay with my last Easter egg whilst DH makes us some cheese and apple on toast.

Just climbed into bed after a very long day at work and watching a documentary on bbc4 about Morocco and of course reading mumsnet

Yoga class followed by tea and telly. The cats had me up and awake at 4am, so it won't be a late night 😴

Another hugely glamorous evening for me - listened to DD2 read for a bit, cereal & toast for dins, made lunches for tomorrow, washed up, answered some work emails, ordered a new pair of shoes from ASOS, wrote a to do list for tomorrow and now in bed flicking through Mumsnet. Don’t know how I cope with the excitement sometimes!

Just back from a run. Shower. DS2 to bed. Chill with DS1 if he's about. Bed.
Am tired.
Oh - kitchen clean up and eat something I suppose.

Just finished a nice dinner of beef in red wine, DH clearing up & I am catching up on The Widow with (more) wine & cheese & biscuits. Teenage DS out with his friends, house is nice and calm .
