Sorry I was just venting and I know I can sort myself out. I was just having a silly moment of feeling sorry for myself. I apologise. Normally I am more positive but thank you for replying.

You dont have to apologise if it helps, I just don't see how talking yourself down like that would help. And even if you were hideously ugly, extremely fat and thick as pigshit (very few people are that unlucky) it still wouldn't make you the worst person in the world. Or even a bad person.

It's ok to feel sorry for yourself sometimes, you dont have to be a terrible person to deserve sympathy, even your own.

Change what you should for health and wellbeing reasons and learn to love or at least accept with niceness the bits you can't because the truth is you fall somewhere in the middle of what you think/see and what everyone else sees.

OP if it makes you feel any better I ate a fucking mammoth amount of McDonalds last night, this was after drinking many a pint of beer and generally just being a big fat bloated greedy drunk fuck.

I am also a shambles today, but it'll be fine tomorrow.
