Why do they take them to places where there might be strangers.
Strangers should be allowed to walk wherever they like without having to worry that they might bump into a child.

As should cats, you know. I reckon people who don't like cats should stay at home, rather than venture out on the street where a cat might be wandering around.

And some strangers have medals.

DoubleBluff · 12/07/2007 17:51

Well strangers have just as much right to go the park as children do.

I do know a few well behaved strangers.
Can't see what all the fuss is about.
If you don't like strangers then you and your DC's should stay at home.

Though dd1 is frightend of strangers, cats and dogs

I can't take her anywhere

MamaMaiasaura · 12/07/2007 17:55

Do the strangers start chasing/trying to 'play' with the child?? You could have a number for the stranger warden programmed into your phone to call, unless of course th estrnager is wearing a medal to say it is friendly.

MamaMaiasaura · 12/07/2007 17:56

If the stranger shits on the path make sure it cleans it up tho

Carnoodleusfudge · 12/07/2007 17:56

It's cows and strangers with dogs all in one field together.
A very dangerous situation
Better to stay locked up inside

pagwatch · 12/07/2007 17:56

I think they should have designated areas just for strangers.

i did have a comment about clearing up their own poop but really not sure I should go there .

saggermakersknockturnalley · 12/07/2007 17:57

If a stranger comes up and starts sniffing your crotch, just remember he is being friendly.
He does not want to hurt you.
He is probably very well trained.

Awen

  • if they are clutching a bag with their own crap in it try to see this as a good sign
MamaMaiasaura · 12/07/2007 18:04

ROFL!!!

thank you.

coppertop · 12/07/2007 18:06

And some strangers are obedient strangers. They go to regular obedience claases apparently so it must be true.

jofeb04 · 12/07/2007 18:09

Lmao

OrmIrian · 12/07/2007 18:10

They should all be on leads in public places! Preferably muzzled. Not all strangers are nice you know and even nice ones can bite sometimes. Strangers are animals when all's said and done.

DoubleBluff · 12/07/2007 18:11

NAd if children are silly enough to go up to complete strangers and start poking them then of course the stranger will become cross.

OP posts:
berolina · 12/07/2007 18:11
