It’s just bitter or overly sweet...

Not a big fan but I like the taste of it and it doesn't taste bitter or too sweet to me. I like sweet stuff in general anyway.

Although obviously everyone's taste buds and preferences are different...

LeesPostersAreInFrames · 21/03/2019 02:32

I do not compute the question.

It's chocolate. It's amazing.

NorthEndGal · 21/03/2019 02:35

It goes with coffee
It goes with fruit
It goes with sex
What else do you need, really?

DailyMailFuckRightOff · 21/03/2019 02:39

It gives you a magic hug.

Yes, I am fat and I eat my feelings.

steff13 · 21/03/2019 02:42

YABU to ask that, yes.

SpoonBlender · 21/03/2019 02:51

Giraffes Sounds like you're a mutant outlier. Baseline humans are genetically tuned to looooove chocolate. It is a perilous love, but I do like a bit of peril.

OwlBeThere · 21/03/2019 02:54

It’s nice with nuts in it. I can’t eat loads of it though.

pinkboa · 21/03/2019 02:54

You should try the fruit!!!

bloodywhitecat · 21/03/2019 03:00

I don't.

(I know that makes me weird but I don't like chocolate)

Pinkarsedfly · 21/03/2019 03:25

Cos it tastes like a fucking orgasm.

Brilliantidiot · 21/03/2019 03:43

I honestly don't know other than it tastes good and the twirl I'm eating now will keep me going with a sugar rush until 8.30am when I finish work.
I do know I eat far too much.
Heard once that something in it releases the same chemical in the brain as is released after sex. Being single for a year this may have a bearing on my penchant for chocolate. Not sure it's scientific at all

Redrupunzle · 21/03/2019 03:43

It hits that sweet craving instantly in the nicest possible way

lljkk · 21/03/2019 05:48

Fat & sugar. What's not to like!

sam221 · 21/03/2019 05:54

Are you a alien, ready to do a study on human habits? If so, then i volunteer to be a test subject! Preferences are Godiva, Maison du Chocolat or wispa. I will start by telling you, us humans like to eat our emotions!!!

FudgeBrownie2019 · 21/03/2019 05:56

Because Double Deckers are the best thing anyone can put in their mouths ever.

cliffdiver · 21/03/2019 06:31

I don't particularly like it - it's too sweet.

Occasionally - perhaps once a month or so, I'll crave and eat some.

BillywigSting · 21/03/2019 06:36

I'm really fussy with which chocolate I like, but really good chocolate is (quite literally, if you're aztec) the food of the gods.

Only a bit of it though. It does tend to be a bit rich.

Coffee is better though.

Bagpuss5 · 21/03/2019 06:39

It's sweet but not too sweet (good quality stuff that is), it has a melt point at the temp of the human body which is when the flavour spreads in your mouth.
But it has something which can aggravate acid reflux so be warned if you eat it in the evening.

Mummadeeze · 21/03/2019 06:45

I am not sure that I do that much actually. But I sometimes eat it because it is meant to be a treat. The less I eat it, the more disappointing it is when I try it again. I think it is a psychological mindset to some extent and media hype!

Mmmhmmokdear · 21/03/2019 06:52

I have a really sweet tooth and i like the taste & mouth feel (of decent chocolate!)

MeteorGarden92 · 21/03/2019 06:54

Because I’m addicted to sugar, and it’s AMAZING

hammeringinmyhead · 21/03/2019 07:05

I'm not a fan really. I love the odd bit of more expensive stuff from Hotel Chocolat, but I would never buy a random bar of Cadbury's or Galaxy. Crisps and cheese every time!

countrygirl99 · 21/03/2019 07:16

Good quality chocolate is lovely. Poor quality chocolate is oily and over sweet.

Raspberry88 · 21/03/2019 07:17

Hmmm...I'm not sure. I always think I want chocolate but actually find it quite disappointing when I actually eat it. Chips on the other hand...

BusySittingDown · 21/03/2019 07:39

I could eat my body weight in chocolate, it's like crack to me.

I've tried to cut sugar so many times but I can't because chocolate. I love milk chocolate - any kind, I'm not fussy although I think dairy milk/Cadbury's will always be my favourite (I know it's not as good as it used to be but I still love it).

I can take or leave white or dark though.
