My DD (almost 1) is 98th centile (!!!) for height and 75th for weight. Or at least she has been when she's been measured previously, it's been a while!
A typical day might be:
Breakfast: Slice of toast with butter and marmite, half a banana
About 5oz formula
Lunch: Large slice of quiche, tomatoes, cucumber, a few bits of steamed veg, couple of handfuls of berries, half a dozen spoonfuls of natural Greek yoghurt.
Snack: Half a banana, small porridge bar
Dinner: Chunky veg chilli, couple of potato wedges, loads of steamed veg (she loves asparagus, carrot, broccoli etc), few slices of watermelon, more berries!
Bedtime: About 3oz formula
She doesn't really have enough formula so I give her a multivitamin. She has a dairy allergy so we're working through the milk ladder and haven't got to milk yet, but once we do I'll probably swap out the formula as she really doesn't enjoy it. We did BLW so she feeds herself and just has whatever we have - fajitas, spaghetti bolognese, chicken curry, etc etc. And sometimes she has fish fingers / chicken goujons if we've had something she can't have!
