I recently got gifted an Alexa and have rediscovered my love of The Beautiful South, Texas and Jon bon Jovi. Bands that never quite made it over to my phone's playlist for some reason. AIBU to ask for your favourite bands/songs that you could listen to for hours?

Beatles (biggest fan ever 3 of my children have beatles names). John Lennon, eagles, beautiful south, Johnny Cash, beach boys, the kinks, Dolly Parton.

These are great, Alexa has her work cut out tonight. Smile Cage the elephant is one of dh's favourites so that's been on a lot. He likes Ain't no rest for the wicked.

I love norah jones @KeepCalm we've also had soundtracks on, lost boys is a good one but the kids are loving the Smallfoot and Moana soundtracks Grin

@Amonk3ysbutler they are indie folk/rock. A Scottish band. Sadly the lead singer died last year. But they have made some hauntingly beautiful songs.

Do you like musical theatre or musical films ?? Soundtracks are amazing.
Recently I've been listening to the greatest showman/ mamma Mia but like musical originals like les Mis, blood brothers, we will rock you, wicked, cats and rent to name a few :)

@Spieluhr alexa doesn't have Mutter! Meh I've got it playing through my phone instead. I would love to see them live. I did look at when they are touring but then I remembered I'm not rich. Blush

@runsmidgeOMG I do, I had wicked playing this morning because I've always wanted to go see it, in the kitchen through a speaker is just as good atm Grin
