Well I didn't cry as it takes alot to make me cry but I had a lump in my throat and I certainly prefer this to JL's advert (especiallly as it contains my most hated song of all time).

I'm crying. My mum died a couple of years ago around this time of year and I struggle with my emotions generally around now because of that. I loved that film and if it is a true story what strenght his must of had to make those tapes for him. It was lovely much better than any shop advert I have seen.

I watched the John Lewis ad, then this one and am broken... full on snot rockets 😭

Truly, truly beautiful. it's hard to describe what loosing a parent feels like, but these really capture those weird moments where you remember happiness but are filled with sadness at the same time.
