DH gets what he calls "hangover horn" where if we've had a night out he gets morning horn but ×1000. He says this is a thing.

AIBU that the morning after a particularly rumbunctuous dinner party, where significant quantities of wine were consumed, that I want to have a lie in undisturbed and then a bacon roll, with as little motion as possible?

I have never heard of it and not a thing for me.

I've only been hungover once and certainly wasn't up for sex in the morning, but DP gets hangover horn. Unfortunately for him if he's drunk enough to be hungover he snores like a tractor all night so there are no amourous feelings from me the morning after.
