I'm for me around 6:30am (work or uni).
Trying to keep this routine at weekend. Doesn't always work haha.

OP posts:
Sparklesocks · 25/10/2018 19:15

6.45am on weekdays, about 9.30-10am on weekends - lie ins are my guilty pleasure!

CarryOnScreamingValenta · 25/10/2018 19:15

6:30am for work.

At weekends I have a lie-in and usually get up at 9 - 9:30am.

NonaGrey · 25/10/2018 19:16

5:45am during the week and as late as possible on Saturdays.

CarryOnScreamingValenta · 25/10/2018 19:16

If you're in the UK, OP, we get an extra hour in bed this Sunday Grin.

Blanchedupetitpois · 25/10/2018 19:17

6am during the week. Naturally wake up between 6 and 7 at weekends.

ShinyMe · 25/10/2018 19:18

Usuallly:

  • around 1.30 to comfort my crazy cat and then have a wee.
  • around 3.30 to provide cat breakfast
  • around 5.30 for a wee
  • 6.37 to actually get up

I haven't slept right through for YEARS, and it's exhausting.

Chocolatecoffeeaddict · 25/10/2018 19:18

6.30 during the week, enough time to get babies and kids fed, dressed and out the door.
Weekends and half term I might get till 8.30 if the kids don't wake up.

Wussypants · 25/10/2018 19:19

Today I got up at 11.30am, doesn't happen often but I had the day off work and obviously needed to catch up on sleep! I've had a productive day so I don't feel like I've wasted the day Smile.

Rebecca36 · 25/10/2018 19:20

Used to be up 6-7am when working. Now, not working, get up when I feel like it. 9.25 am today (Ocado due 9.30-10.30am).

DeadCertain · 25/10/2018 19:21

0300 four days per week, anywhere from 0430 - 0600 the other three.

Itsmenotyouisntit · 25/10/2018 19:22

When ever dd wakes me up, usually between 7-8 (soon to be 6-7 🙄).
And 6.30am twice weekly when i am at work.
I miss lie ins.

6am for work, so 4 days a week. The other 3 I very occasionally get a lie in until 6.15 if toddler is being especially generous

Squirrelblanket · 25/10/2018 20:08

I get up at 6.45am if I'm going into the office, 7.25am if I'm working from home. On weekends I wake naturally between about 7.25 and 8. Very rarely sleep later than 8am.

meow1989 · 25/10/2018 20:10

Any time between half 6 and 8 to give DS first bottle, then back to bed for both of us until about 10

userabcname · 25/10/2018 20:12

5-6am. Everyday. Toddler won't sleep any later sadly. Pre-baby it was 6.30am weekdays and 8-9am weekends.

DoYouLikeHueyLewisandTheNews · 25/10/2018 20:13

5.30 the three days I work. 7.30-8ish the other four days, toddler wake up depending. Delightful stuff as until recently it was 5.30 four days a week and around 6.30 the other three. I genuinely feel so revived.

BonnieF · 25/10/2018 20:14

I’m definitely not a morning person, so I get up as late as I can get away with on weekdays, usually 8am. I allow myself a lie-in at weekends.

crispysausagerolls · 25/10/2018 20:14

8-9am, usual time my baby wakes me up

RandomUsernameHere · 25/10/2018 20:17

7am weekdays
7:30 Saturdays (DCs have football)
Bit later Sundays

cheeseslovesme · 25/10/2018 20:18

5.45am Monday to Friday Saturday and Sunday 7am.

Oysterbabe · 25/10/2018 20:19

Children.

haverhill · 25/10/2018 20:19

6.15 work days, about 9 on non work days. I am permanently tired though.

Pebblespony · 25/10/2018 20:19

@ShinyMe You need an automatic cat feeder and a large door between you and the cat at night. Our loud, fat bastard cat is on a diet. We have both.

I'm up (reluctantly) at 6. Toddler sleeps till 7 sometimes on the weekend.

HundredMilesAnHour · 25/10/2018 20:20

6am on weekdays when I'm going to the gym before work (Mon, Wed, Fri)
6.30-7am on weekdays when I've no gym plans and go straight to work (Tues, Thurs)
7.30am on Sat (need to eat breakfast before gym class at 10am)
6.30am on Sun every other week, (I do voluntary work every fortnight on Sunday mornings), whenever (probably 8-9am) on Sun when I'm not on shift for my voluntary work

I am NOT a morning person but have learnt to cope over the years. My perfect morning is one when I don't have to set an alarm to get up and I can just get up when I wake up. Sadly this is rare.
