Yes the thief looks a bit like him on the CCTV but AIBU in saying that you can tell it's not him!
Apparently police even checked if David Schwimmer was in the country, I mean come on FFS.

I used to work with a guy - quite distinctive looking - and there was a story on Crimewatch about a building society raid in the nearby town where he lived. The e-fit could have been a photograph of him! I did a proper double take.
