Message was "help migraine pills drink help please"

I sent it to my sister after waking up with the worst migraine I've had for a while. I never ask for help, ever. I sent it at 12:20. She's still out shopping and I've had no help from her or my parents. Just managed to make it downstairs to get a drink.

I'm feeling pretty sorry for myself and quite fragile so I'm not sure if I'm being unreasonable in feeling a bit annoyed and upset.

The side effects of Sumatriptan are pretty horrible for me - I often end up taking anti-emetics to stop me throwing up from the Sumatriptan. Rizatriptan I find much gentler.

Ibuprofen, aspirin, paracetamol, migraleve, caffeine, Aleve, codeine - none of those touch my migraines, hence I put up with the triptans' side effects.

Migraines and their treatment are very personal as others have also said.

I'd think; 'ffs, she's off again. If she can write that she can get a drink' HTH.
