To not bath my kids every day?

I have a 2 year old and an almost 5 year old. DH works away a lot and I'm finding the whole daily schedule so tough on my own. I bath them both every day at the moment, but I'm wondering, would it be wrong of me to skip the odd bath now & then? DD1 is an exceptionally clean kid, DD2 not so much. But DD2 gets baby wiped within an inch of her life after every meal because of all the mess she makes.

How often do you bath your kids? Would not bathing them daily be wrong of me?

Are they dirty? If so, bathe them. If not, don't.

It's not about dirt. Kids never wipe their bum properly, they sweat because they never sit still and most of them get grubby throughout the day.

I wouldn't want to shower/bath two, three times a week and I'm nowhere near as sweaty as a child!

Ha ha yes, quite, I count poo as dirt so mine get bathed most days.

Mine got daily baths when they were small but from the age of about 2 it was every other day approx. They 100% sleep better after a bath and they definitely get bathed or showered after sun cream, a day at the beach or a particularly muddy day. They rarely smell but they don't wash their hands properly or clean under their nails so it is important imo.
