I want bigger boobs!

Was going to namechange but then thought fuck it.

My whole life, I've barely been an AA cup! I've had four kids, thought they would get bigger because of this, but no Sad

How can I get bigger breasts without surgery, injections or anything of that nature?

I've tried all the 'eat foods that are high in oestrogen' drivel, done press ups and massage, etc etc. But nothing has worked Angry

I need actual things I can do that will really really work! I'm sick of triple padded gel push up bras. Please help!

I'm similar. What worked
: better bras 36a became 32c much to my surprise
: gaining weight. I was 5'7"" and 9st. No breasts. 10st 7. Breasts
: pregnancy. Got a bit bigger. And, no sagging.
: better posture, flatter stomach, thanks Pilates
: more flattering clothes. A lines are good, a waist gives breast.
: looking at fashion pics. Most models are fairly boobless

Big boobs are overrated. Back pain, ugly expensive bras and they'll sag when I get old! Be happy with your lot!

Contraceptive pill made mine balloon, particularly dianette.
Careful what you wish for though. Mine are huge, I hate them and would kill for a reduction. Constant back and shoulder ache and misery, I look much bigger than I am, clothes don't fit, swimwear doesn't fit. I'd love small ones Smile

Putting on weight. I used to be a size 6/8 with A cup boobs, now I'm a 10/12 with C cup boobs. Gained some belly flab and stretch marks as well though!

Swap you! Hate my heavy, sweaty underneath, bra cutting into shouders due to the weight, nothing fits anywhere as boobs too big/waist too small ones. And men talk to them not to you.
Honestly, big boobs are seriously overrated.

I have a lovely friend about the same height as me but she has smaller boobage than I have, she looks lovely in clothes all slim and athletic, I look a little chubby and mumsy if I wear anything high necked but the alternative is wearing a lower neckline and looking as if you are all boobs!

We have the same size waist but she looks lean and slim, I look a bit chubby because of the bigger bust. She would also like a bigger bust, she says, but if she says she would never have a boob job because she has two daughters and if they grow up to have the same figure as she has, it is effectively telling them that their shape isn't good enough. I think you just have to find something you like about your body and accentuate that, rather than worry about what you can't change (easily).

Fellow mini-boob owner here! Mine grew a bit during pregnancy and particularly in the early days when my stomach was still flat, look so fabulous. They were still small but just fuller and rounder!

Had the baby and they’ve gone back to their normal miniscule size. It’s shit. I’ve been nearly two stone heavier in my late teens and they weren’t much bigger - certainly not big enough to warrant putting two stone on as my thighs were just awful then.

Sadly I think the only option is surgery which I’m not willing to have so resigned to the fact that they’re staying this way.

I still have my pregnant boob memories though, they’ll never go away Sad Grin

Im a small b cup.

Always used to want boob job.

Instead i hit 30 and embraced them. I wear non wired bralettes now. No uncomfortable push ups! Just being more uncomfortable helps. I realised they were not the big deal i believed that they were.

Make sure you’re wearing the right size bra for a start, you might find you’re not as small as you think booborbust.com

But if making them bigger is what you want, the only way is surgery I’m afraid.

It really isn't all it's cracked up to be, i'm naturally large chested... (34H) and i can't find anything good to say about it, constant back/shoulder pain, no nice bra's, in most stores no bra's at all, Every ugly beige bra you do find in your size is wayyyy over priced! can't buy nice clothes/dresses because in a top i'm at least an 18/20 but in the bottom am a 10/12 and they've just got bigger since being pregnant, honestly if i could reduce them in the morning i would. Enjoy your small boobs, think of all the pretty bralettes, nice bra's and clothes!

Oh yes the lovely bralettes! They look so pretty on a small bust, only light padding and no uncomfortable underwires. Be proud of your body, it created your four DCs Smile

I have had small boobs then big boobs due to medication and pregnancy and I prefer small boobs. I look fatter than I am and nothing looks elegant.
Be careful what you wish for.

Was 30AA, and dress size 8/10 .Went on pill & put on a stone, now 34b.For 'oomph' you can't beat Wonder bras (Amazon) . They do cotton ones now & in general are way more comfy than when popular first time around. Gel bras are lumpy works of Satan.

You might actually go to a lingerie store and have a professional fit you to determine what size bra you need. (I recall reading somewhere that a shocking number of women are wearing the wrong bra size - I think it was about 80% or something!) The right type and fit of bra can make you appear more well-endowed. On top of that you might also try to find clothing that's designed for women with a smaller bust. The right clothes can also make you look great.

I was a double A cup until I breastfed and they haven't gone back down afterwards. I'm now a comfortable B cup.

Get older. Both me and my mother gained cup sizes around 40. Not (entirely) weight related.

34aa here! It took a very very long time to be happy with them. I do feel for you. It's no fun wearing pastel teen underwear the whole time. I do love H&M bralets though, they do make me feel sexy despite my flat chest.

The combined pill has always inflated mine (but so has breastfeeding and pregnancy so maybe yours are less affected by oestrogen)
