I want bigger boobs!

sarahlovesherangels · 31/08/2018 12:20

Was going to namechange but then thought fuck it.

My whole life, I've barely been an AA cup! I've had four kids, thought they would get bigger because of this, but no Sad

How can I get bigger breasts without surgery, injections or anything of that nature?

I've tried all the 'eat foods that are high in oestrogen' drivel, done press ups and massage, etc etc. But nothing has worked Angry

I need actual things I can do that will really really work! I'm sick of triple padded gel push up bras. Please help!

Thanks so much :)

Really recommend the Boob or Bust method. I was wearing 34b all sad about my chest, measured again using this method and now wear a 30e. I seem to have a fair bit of boob tucked around a small ribcage so now there is more boob in a bigger cup and less band round my ribs.

ShalomJackie · 31/08/2018 20:09

Seriously I have a FF cup and would love to be able to go bra less or have to pad! Its not all its made out to be.

the grass isn't always greener!

Sorry but the reality is that there are no non surgical options. They just don’t work.

If you have a very low proportion of breast tissue then gaining weight won’t help. You’ll gain more fat everywhere else and your chest will still be out of proportion even if your bra size goes up, because you won’t be gaining breast tissue, just fat!

I’m not trying to be unkind. I’m being realistic.

I say this as a former AA that went to a 28F after having surgery 12 years ago. I tried EVERYTHING. The surgeon explained quite clearly why some people will just never be fuller busted without surgical help!

I don’t know if you’re against surgery but it’s the best thing I ever did.

I went on dianette aged 18 for acne. I got boobs overnight! Was 32AA and really skinny and went to C cup and big hips. Unfortunately that started me gaining weight too and now I have a stone or two to lose.

BonnieF · 31/08/2018 20:51

Small boobs are great. They stay perky

IsTheRainEverComingBack · 31/08/2018 22:29

Those of you wearing 34 A’s and B’s - what dress sizes do you wear? Because I’m a 12 to 14 and I’m a 32 back. Unless you’re a 14 or above there’s a good chance you’re not a 34 back.

ChoudeBruxelles · 31/08/2018 22:32

I’m a 36ff. Wish they were smaller

M&s told me I was a 34b

I'm a 6-8

I came out of bravissimo a 28DD

I called DH and squealed that I now had a massive rack, as a DD. He pointed out that I had exactly the same sized boobs, I was just wearing a different sized bra. Spoilsport Grin

(I've since lost some weight and now measure 28D, but I wear a 30C because there are so few bras available in a 28 back. A 28D is a sister size to a 34A, same volume of boobage. One sounds curvy and the other flat chested. But they're the same boobs!

stopgap · 01/09/2018 01:25

Saw Palmetto will make you go up a cup size. I used to take 320mg daily, to combat breakouts, and bigger boobs came along as part of the regimen.

Belina · 01/09/2018 01:43

You cant get implants

Runrunrudolf · 01/09/2018 06:04

I'd love a swapsie hehe

I'm currently saving up for reduction surgery want to get my E cups to nicer size.

I definitely think we should embrace who we are as a person regardless of the size of our good old tartars Grin

I second getting a good professional fitting
And I guess if you're in the mood to make an effort there's always contouring and stuffing

whateveryoudo · 01/09/2018 11:00

I embraced mine at 30. 4 kids and only had tits in pregnancy and when breastfeeding. I love them, they look great in clothes and pretty underwear and they haven't sagged at all.

UpstartCrow · 01/09/2018 11:03

OP didn't say she wanted big boobs; she said she wanted bigger boobs. Bigger than a AA cup. AA is literally flat chested.

AnnaMagnani · 01/09/2018 11:07

Do a bra intervention. If you are slim, you will end up with the same boobs but in a v v much perkier bra.

No-one comes out of a bra intervention a AA cup

Spam88 · 01/09/2018 11:22

Definitely agree with having a look at Boob or Bust. I was wearing a 34AA before, now I wear about a 30DD (should be a 28 something but they're hard to get hold of). Makes a massive difference just being able to buy bras not from children's ranges and actually they do look bigger in a bra because everything is properly pulled up to where it should be.

3WildOnes · 01/09/2018 11:32

I wear a 32b or 30c ( measuring properly I should wear a 28d but I find it really uncomfortable) and I look pretty flat chested, when I was on the pill I wore a 32d and looked much better (clear skin too!). Unfortunately it made me hormonal and depressed.

user1490465531 · 01/09/2018 12:21

Feel your pain often my belly looks bigger than my boobs so look totally out of proportion.
It's nice to have a full b or c cup wouldn't want bigger but I'm an A cup which is small.
Hoping for a boob job next year.

whifflesqueak · 01/09/2018 12:31

Mine are teeny and a little deflated sine breastfeeding two babies.

I went for a consultation with a really lovely and straightforward surgeon. He told me that because i’m young, I have to factor in that they WILL need replacing and that replacement surgery is much more complicated and expensive.

Plus I wouldn’t be able to work for six weeks.

So we decided against it. For now.

bananafish81 · 01/09/2018 12:53

OP didn't say she wanted big boobs; she said she wanted bigger boobs. Bigger than a AA cup. AA is literally flat chested.

But it depends on the back size

I'm a 28DD

But that's the same size boobs as a 36AA

One sounds curvy
One sounds literally flat chested
Same boobs

It depends on what OP measurements are under and over bust - whether she really is a true AA relative to her actual back size

These are all D cup bras

But entirely different sized boobs

I want bigger boobs!
bananafish81 · 01/09/2018 12:54

Quick cup size 101

I want bigger boobs!
Riojasmooth · 01/09/2018 13:04

I'm 5'9 size 10 and a 32a. I always wanted boobs as a teen and in my 20's and still think some clothes just look better filled out more. I'd love to wear a nice wrap dress but without a vest top under they just hang open to the waist.
However I don't have to put up with leering or backache and I can sleep in any position I want.
People who have boob jobs often look a bit out of proportion too.
I think the key is to embrace the body type you have and learn to make rhe most of it.

Nelumbo · 01/09/2018 13:12

I feel the same. I'm fed up of wearing an uncomfortable gel bra just to look normal, and to top it off the one bra I could find that actually gives me boobs has disappeared off the shelves so I'm probably going to be hunting around for something similar for a long time!. If I could afford implants I would.
I agree with PP about re-measuring, I was always wearing a 34B; but after reading a post on here it was a 30D and the fit was so much better.

BlueSky198080 · 01/09/2018 13:15

Be careful what you wish far. I was C cup at 16, now 32H at 37...... I hate them!!!!!

Brambleboo · 01/09/2018 13:15

I've always had big boobs. They have stretch marks on them which are quite noticable, they ache like hell, bras cost a fortune and they're not as pretty as the ones in more regular sizes, balcony bras are out of the question, my shoulders and upper back ache a lot and I've developed rounded shoulders in an effort to hide them and clothes don't always hang or fit well.

I can understand maybe wanting an increase of a cup size, but please don't think about trying for anything bigger.

Branleuse · 01/09/2018 13:28

If you actually want bigger boobs then surgery is the only solution.
