ShockShockShock

It doesn’t look friendly does it?!

AmabelleOnabike · 16/08/2018 12:02

Earwig?

UtterlyUnimaginativeUsername · 16/08/2018 12:03

Amputate your entire self, burn yourself on a pyre of well-seasoned hazel wood under a full moon on the summer solstice and then take what's left to A&E.

mavismcruet · 16/08/2018 12:04

Isn’t it an earwig?

theknackster · 16/08/2018 12:04

Isn't it one of those bugs from the film Starship Troopers? I fear there are a large number hiding under your house. Good luck, OP.

SerenDippitty · 16/08/2018 12:05

Looks like an earwig to me. Not harmful if so..

SmellMyBeads · 16/08/2018 12:07

That's an creeping death beetle. It won't die if you stand on it. In fact that's what they want as they multiple on impact with a foot.

Firstly you need a blow torch. Throw it some cheese to distract it. They savour cheese. Then start up the torch and burn the house down.

Call 101 about your leg. You'll be infectious and need to be detained for between 50 - 90 weeks.

Fluffywuffyunicorn · 16/08/2018 12:07

It certainly wasn't friendly! It has now had its own not so friendly introduction to my shoe!
I'v never seen anything like it before. I can only guess it's come in with dd's 'pet' caterpillars. thanks mil
