Purely because I’m nosy- and always fascinated by those “what’s in the fridge” things in women’s mags.

Now I've just seen the length of my list, I'm pretty embarrassed, especially as I've added to it in a later post. Blush

@Shockers, I used to have a fridge that was 86cm wide and about 180cm high, with the top 50cm being a small freezer.

I loved that fridge; it was really unusual and I've never seen similar since, but it was by LG and was a joy to own. The main way my new one is better, is that the water/ice dispenser is now plumbed in, whereas with the LG, you had to keep refilling the water dispenser (and there was no ice dispenser).

It finally gave up the ghost after being left in the garage last summer, but tbf, it was about 15yrs old.

My new fridge/freezer is a Samsung American style one, and the fridge has about 411 litres of space and I pack it well, lol.

Apparently, it can fit 34 bags of shopping into it in total (think that includes the freezer part too though).

cricketmum84 · 01/08/2018 12:51

Mint sauce

ScienceIsTruth · 01/08/2018 12:57

@Shockers, I only have the one fridge, that being the American fridge freezer, but I also have 2 separate freezers that are 180cm tall and 60cm wide each. This means I can buy in bulk and buy offers/reduced prices, especially on meat, etc, as I'm able to freeze any excess for later use.
