Slightly off the topic...but a similar theme. I love, love LOVE I tell you, Viggo Mortesen as Aragorn in Lord of the Rings. He does not have the same appeal in other films....has to be long haired, slightly sweaty and have a large sword (guffaw) to really do it for me...so I can understand the Jack Sparrow thing.

There are a few that are only lookers in 1 film. The guy who was Hector in Troy looks good but same guy in Munich Noooooooooo. Gladiator Yes but in nothing else.

Obviously this only counts when Captain Jack is busy with the rest of you. Wouldn't want to queue jump! LOL
