If you're happy and you know it?

Or is more decorum required?

At least go and find a cute kitten on google image and pretend it's yours

Sparklingbrook · 25/04/2018 21:32

No kittens. Mmmmm. Can't think of much else that deserves a squeee. Or did you win the 121 million last night on Euromillions?

LanguidLobster · 25/04/2018 21:35

It's just i met a 50 year old and a 70 year old who were lonely recently and I've engineered a tea date. I must have picked 'squee' from here as I swear I haven't heard it before. I feel all excited now :)

Shedmicehugh1 · 25/04/2018 21:39

Im disappointed I was hoping for kittens too! Lonely tea date is more awww

flubdub · 25/04/2018 21:41

Have you found a hidden safe in your house, that wasn't actually empty?

Only then are you aloud to Squeeeee

ScreamingValenta · 25/04/2018 21:41

Squee has definite undertones of kittens, but if it's your chosen noise of joy, I'd be the last one to deny you a good loud SQUEE Grin.

Raggs · 25/04/2018 21:44

This thread has irrationally depressed me!

Must be time to turn in. Before I go though, tea date? In just 15 years time someone might squee if they set me up on a tea date with a fucking 70 year old???! To clarify I'm 35 and married but for some reason this has given me the fear...

Raggs · 25/04/2018 21:46

Of course it could be a 50 year old man and 70 year old woman or same sex so correct me if I'm wrong...

Shedmicehugh1 · 25/04/2018 21:48

I will be 50 in 2 years!! I’m feeling more squee sqaww like the rusty swing now!!

lottiegarbanzo · 25/04/2018 21:50

Same reaction Raggs - only 50? But, there will be more to it, a reason why they'll get on. Shared enjoyment of afternoon tea perhaps?

SomeKnobend · 25/04/2018 21:54

50 and 70, and you've set them up on a date?! Bit of an age gap, but good luck to them!

Raggs · 25/04/2018 21:56

shedmice I have a killer headache today and that clip is the first thing that's given me a genuine smile. Thank-you!!!

ScreamingValenta · 25/04/2018 22:00

Never mind - for the kitten watchers, here is a link to some cute kitten pictures.

Apologies, it is a Daily Mail link, but the kittens are no less cute for that:

I’m wondering if 50 year old and 70 year old might be tortoises!
