To think DP could pay for my pregnancy cravings.

Been pregnancy sick all day. DP got in from work and I kindly asked him if he would mind getting me a bag of M&Ms from Asda. He agreed, then asked for my credit card. AIBU to think he is stingy af?

No you're not!tell him to pay,and make it two bags!
Hope you feel better soon Flowers

DannyLaRuesBestFrock · 21/03/2018 17:47

That is possibly one of the most tight arse things I have heard on mn.

pinkbraces · 21/03/2018 17:49

Well, I think you are very unreasonable to get pregnant with someone who would do this. But I am in a particularly bad mood this evening!

Wineandrosesagain · 21/03/2018 17:49

Blimey Op, he’s tight! Call him out on it.

Grumpyoldblonde · 21/03/2018 17:50

Really? A credit card for sweets? Does he have no money or is this baby only down to you? Like nappies and a pram later on.

Has he always been this tight I wonder.

expatinscotland · 21/03/2018 17:51

What's unreasonable is that you even gave the time of day to such a tight git.

Pengggwn · 21/03/2018 17:59

He what?!?

Icklepickle101 · 21/03/2018 18:01

Is it the day before pay day and he’s skint? I genuinely don’t see why else he would do it?

FloydOnThePull · 21/03/2018 18:02

Bloody hell. He's aware that babies don't pop out with their own bank account isn't he?

endofacentury · 21/03/2018 18:04

Wow. That's a whole new level of tight Shock

Allthewaves · 21/03/2018 18:04

Is he skint

bakingdemon · 21/03/2018 18:06

Even the biggest pack of M&Ms wouldn't cost you more than about £1.50 and it's nuts to use a credit card for a transaction that small. Did he not have any cash? Or did he want to buy something else at the same time?

Grobagsforever · 21/03/2018 18:07

WTF??

Saz1995 · 21/03/2018 18:09

Whaaaaat? That's tight.

Angrybird345 · 21/03/2018 18:10

What an arse!!! Why have you chosen to have a baby with him?

AnneLovesGilbert · 21/03/2018 18:12

Did you give him your credit card or tell him to stop being such a prat?

rondarules · 21/03/2018 18:13

Id find it weird in a partnership that one or the other couldn't/wouldn't get a small thing for the other. Not sure how the pregnancy really makes a difference?

Itsnotanthrax · 21/03/2018 18:14

YANBU

Idontdowindows · 21/03/2018 18:14

What the actual fuck?

steff13 · 21/03/2018 18:17

When I clicked I thought maybe you were craving nachos or beans or something and he was going to pay for it later, figuratively. But no. Is he always so tight? You're having a baby together, a conversation is in order. This needs to be nipped in the bud.

WorraLiberty · 21/03/2018 18:20

Even without the pregnancy aspect

He'd really stick what...about 65p or so on a card? Confused

Queenio24 · 21/03/2018 18:21

Tight as a ducks butt

mimibunz · 21/03/2018 18:21

Another what the actual fuck.

RoryHatesCoffee · 21/03/2018 18:23

Bizarre to have a baby with someone you don't share finances with or where you owe each other back for favours etc.

JoJoSM2 · 21/03/2018 18:24
