Yep we’ve done it, ont from the day before though. Microwave will be fine but I would finish it in the oven or it will be soggy.

I've reheated it before. Didn't poison me but it wasn't good. Just doesn't taste the same reheated. I was very disappointed.

I think inadequately reheating cooked chicken is one of the commonest ways of getting campylobacter - may not kill you but can make really ill for months.

But it should be ok if as others have said it is really piping hot all the way through.
