On the themes currently running through Mumsnet at the moment, I have a total hatred of 2 songs, not just dislike/turn off the radion but actual cringe when I hear them played at parties and will walk off the dance floor....I dislike them so much!

My most HATED is Robin S - Show me Love - it gives me the chills!

Closely followed by 'You Got The Love'
Candi Staton/Florence/whomever else thinks it's a good idea to cover this drivel!

Daniel Powter Had a Bad Day was played in every shop and radio station virtually continuously for months a decade or so back, drove me crazy.

Impossible - not sure if the original or the James Arthur version is worse. Probably James Arthur - will you just BLOW YOUR FUCKING NOSE?

Oh and I thought that 'Freed from Desire' song went 'My love has got no money - he's got his trombolese'. I always assumed trombolese was a musical instrument, like a trombone

That song Naked by James Arthur is pretty horrendous, so repetitive and I really don't want to imagine him naked!

All I Want For Christmas is You - by Mariah Carey - I really REALLY hate that song and I HATE that it gets lauded as one of the best Christmas songs every bloody year - it's shit, and it's also a bloody lie because MC is one of the biggest divas out there!
Also think Bohemian Rhapsody and Imagine and both overplayed and the worst songs by Queen and John Lennon.
But then again, if there was a thread about songs I love, some of the ones previously mentioned as hated would be loved by me!
We can't all like or hate the same stuff I guess!!
