At my front wall rather than the other side of the driveway. Also they leave them there for days.

* Also they leave them there for days.*

^They are ignorant pricks for leaving the bins there for days.

@BUBUZITA

this also annoys me,my neighbour does the exact same thing,theres my house then her drivway and her house,herhouse isnt set back from the road like this girl,so my neighbour has no reason to leave her bins outside mine other than she wants the front of her house to look all perfect so therefore on black n brown bin days i have my 2 black bins outside my house and then her 1 black bin and 1 brown outside my house..5 bins in total lining the front of my house...ive literally just gone and moved hers...i do like someones idea on here to start leaving my bins outside hers to see how she likes it
How did you even find this, 3.5 years after it was last posted on. Confused

There is a huge message saying 'heads-up, this has not been posted on for over a year' when you click on a zombie thread.

Aprilx · 10/06/2021 08:43

Your diagram isn’t really very helpful, other than to show there is really nowhere else they could leave their bins. Their bins are at the bottom of their drive, which just happens to end near your house.

Glitterb · 10/06/2021 08:43

My neighbour did this, our bins go at the back of the gardens but she insisted on dragged them round and put them outside my house, on my property. I didn’t want her bins outside my front window so I moved them (behind her car, another street) and reported her to the council numerous times. She has stopped doing it now!

Aprilx · 10/06/2021 08:44

*oh for goodness sake, I didn’t see the zombie warnings until I posted and landed on the fourth page. Why do people resurrect threads like this!

Rachie1973 · 10/06/2021 08:49

@Whatshallidonowpeople

Yes, I'd like them to put them on the other side.
Really?

Why?

WilsonMilson · 10/06/2021 08:55

Is it a shared driveway or is your driveway on the other side?

Why don’t you pop them back up their driveway after they’ve been collected. Thus, solving the problem and also being a helpful neighbour.

SirVixofVixHall · 10/06/2021 09:06

@dawnc27

put your ones outside theirs? that way still only 2 outside each and they may see how annoying it is
This.

Start your own thread. Don’t resurrect Zombies
CaraherEIL · 10/06/2021 09:35

They can put them on the other side of their driveway surely? So as they come down the drive put them on the left rather than on the right. If there is space there just ask them to put them there. Or just start putting yours there and see if they get the hint.

Mandalay246 · 10/06/2021 09:40

Oh for goodness sake - who the hell cares where they put them? I've never heard anyone complain about something this petty (I don't live in the UK, and thank goodness if this is what upsets people there).

BeeDavis · 10/06/2021 09:44

If this is all that you have to moan about then I think you’re doing alright 🤔 does it really bother you THAT much? I couldn’t let stuff like this annoy me tbh. If you’re really going to allow this to annoy you then be an adult and just tell them to stop doing it! Not hard.

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 10/06/2021 09:46

I imagine the OP has got over it, or resolved it by now, 3 yrs later.......
ZOMBIE ZOMBIE ZOMBIE!

BumbleFlump · 10/06/2021 09:48

😆 zombie thread about bins of al things 😂🤣

FWIW I’d just move the neighbours bins to the middle of their driveway they’l have to take them in to get past.

And if they move to one side again then take them in with own bins and claim confusion when they come looking for their bins.

MikeWozniaksGloriousTache · 10/06/2021 09:59

People who resurrect these inane and pointless zombie threads should have their internet privileges revoked as they’re obviously not capable of being trusted to be on the internet unaccompanied.

Sally872 · 10/06/2021 10:09

Get your bins out first and in the spot where their bins are. They should choose the other side of their drive way rather than moving them around your bins.

For a moment I thought perhaps I was your neighbour, since our bins go outside a neigbhours house rather than blocking the drive to ours and a few other houses. But you can't be because the neighbour in question puts out and takes back in all our bins, very kind of them it is too.

Mumsnet don't care. Page clicks generate revenue. They don't care whether it works for their users or not.
Jellybabiesforbreakfast · 10/06/2021 11:36

Push them onto their side and pretend kids did it. Or hide them.

Yes, but be careful you don't accidentally knock them into your time machine whilst doing so! 🙄
