Upfront sorry for jumping on AIBU, but this is driving me insane. No one remembers this children's character I remember from (I think) 80s. Really scared me. It was a man dressed a bit like Frank Sidebottom but with a long nose (all a large mask like Frank) who painted white lines on a large football pitch like space. Please, someone else must've seen this too, or have I imagined it? Searched everywhere but can't locate it.
