Upfront sorry for jumping on AIBU, but this is driving me insane. No one remembers this children's character I remember from (I think) 80s. Really scared me. It was a man dressed a bit like Frank Sidebottom but with a long nose (all a large mask like Frank) who painted white lines on a large football pitch like space. Please, someone else must've seen this too, or have I imagined it? Searched everywhere but can't locate it.

Noseybonk did write letters on a football pitch , he used to solve queues

I loved Jigsaw! I don't remember being particularly scared by Noseybonk. He was played by the presenter in the studio, but I didn't know that at the time.

Can't find any writing/painting lines by noseybonk as yet, but maybe he did. In a dark part of my brain, I vaguely remember this happening.

I’m sure I remember Noseybonk painting lines on a football pitch with a roller. Bloody terrifying. I also remember a photo story in a girl’s magazine at the time (think it was Suzy) called The Ninth Nightmare and there was a character in the nightmares with a similar mask to Noseybonk.

I'm sure that, Tony Hart did the white line drawings.

Just googled it and watched a clip (the old golf ball goes on the run classic) and as he comes out of the toilet it looks like his dick is swinging between his legs!? This was a kids show!?
