Masonmumny12 · 03/01/2018 18:31

Seriously over my boobs now!!!
I am a size 14 and my boobs are a whooping 36L........yes L cup Confused
Its like carrying a bloody 2 Yr old on my chest.
I have had the following said to me (and I want to fart in an air tight room and leave them in there so they can feel as uncomfortable as I am 24/7)

A) you are so lucky!
No Susan, I can't even run for a flipping bus without potentially knocking myself out.

B) oh that dress would look amazing on you (queue my nemesis, a strapless dress)

Well Sam, they have invented the plane, cured many diseases but god forbid they invent a bra that not only covers my nipples, but actually gives me support.

C) your DH is so lucky!

Yep he thought so too that was until I whipped it out and he looked at me and said "where the hell do I start? " Blush haha

D) why don't you lose some weight and the boobs will go down?

This one I agree with.... However when I was a size 8 my breast were a k cup.

Sometimes my DH would stand behind me and hold my boobs up and it's utter bliss.

Thank you for the rant, would feel a stone lighter but by boobs are weighing me down Hmm

Everyone is cursed blessed in different ways.. Aibu to want a break from mine?

YANBU...big boobs are literally a major pain, in the neck, back and shoulders.....

Not to mention all the things one cannot do like running ,trampolining, vigorous exercise.

As you are so big have you thought of a breast reduction?

mustbemad17 · 03/01/2018 18:35

I feel your pain! Since i was about 14 i've been plagued blessed with big boobs and a big arse. Everyone likes to tell me i am 'soooo lucky' & blokes must love it.

Pfft maybe the blokes do love it but they aren't the ones carrying the bastards around all day!! The lose weight thing is a scam too...i'm 5ft 8 & even at my lowest weight of 12st my boob size never bloody changed 😡😡 currently in sports bras because they hurt & are so heavy the are weighing down on my bump which bump does not appreciate!!

Have offered many women who oggle jealously the chance to swap if they pay for the surgery 😂😂

ScarlettDarling · 03/01/2018 18:35

Not surprised you want a break, they must weigh a ton. Have you never considered a reduction? I have several friends who swear it's the best thing they've ever done and only wish they'd gone for it years earlier.

Masonmumny12 · 03/01/2018 18:37

Purpledrainpipe I do more weight training as it helps to strengthen my back.... If I walk for longer than half an hour I get spasms in my back.... I asked my gp about a breast reduction and they said I would have to prove that it was mentally, physically and emotionally distressed over a period of time (years) before it can even be considered.... Because of the size private would cost over 5 grand Blush

My mother was offered a breast reduction by her GP and she’s not nearly as big as you! Maybe ask?

StandardRussian66 · 03/01/2018 18:38

Sorry x post

etap · 03/01/2018 18:39

Go flash them at a fire engine Wink

Masonmumny12 · 03/01/2018 18:39

Mustbemad17 haha I often find that women stare more than men! Haha

Breast reduction is your friend

TestingTestingWonTooFree · 03/01/2018 18:41

At a size 14 I have doubts about whether you’re a 36. Why don’t you pick up the sister sizes of 34M or 32N next time you’re in Tesco?

mustbemad17 · 03/01/2018 18:41

Mason yessss! I've even had women in nightclubs come over & give them a squeeze to see if they're real 😱 Quite enjoying being pregnant purely because my bump becomes the focus of attention for a bit 😂😂

Carbohol78 · 03/01/2018 18:41

I’m a 30H, my life has got better with the advent of shops like Bravissimo and Boux Avenue. My real woe is when I take my bra off they are fucking minging empty sacks

Readermumof3 · 03/01/2018 18:42

I'm a small frame with 36FF boobs and now I'm having hassle with my shoulder, apparently due to the bloody bra strap cutting in so much. I feel your pain OP. I've been a size 8-16 due to pg etc over the past 20 years and my boobs have stayed the same size regardless 🙈

Masonmumny12 · 03/01/2018 18:42

Definitely will be going back to the gp.... Must say it was a little bit depressing when they kept denying me a reduction.... I will get the kid's out of the way first..... I have 1 DS so far

I am a 34jj, and only 5ft tall so just look like giant boobs on legs. I once weighed them with much hilarity from dh and the kids. We reckoned 13lbs.
Currently looking for a swimsuit or tankini for my forthcoming holiday. But no, manufacturers, women with big boobs don't like pretty colours do they, only black! Hmm

singingdetective · 03/01/2018 18:44

^hahahaha, suggesting Tesco carries bras in that size is hilarious.

OP, I feel this thread on a molecular level. I'm a 34HH (down from a JJ!!) and they are a nightmare, especially buying clothes and bras. I could only buy online for years. I know that M&S carries the odd bra in a HH and the first time I found one I could have genuinely cried. Buying a bra from a SHOP!!!

Iamclearlyamug · 03/01/2018 18:45

omg someone with the same life problem as me! I'm a 34H and they literally ruin my life, I get stared at and it makes me so self conscious. Men might love it but they're usually the hideous pervy Neanderthal types

as for having a reduction - I've seen 5 different doctors over 4 different surgeries in 3 counties, not one of them has been able to help. in fact one of them said my size wasn't extreme enough! I wanted to biff him round the head with them and knock him out - felt like yelling 'if 34H isn't extreme enough I dont know what is!'

in fact until this thread I didn't know anyone with bigger boobs than me, so I feel your pain and understand how you feel!

here's to winning the lottery eh 🙈🙈

Carbohol78 · 03/01/2018 18:45

Dingit - I’m sure you know all about Bravissimo, but try Boux Ave, not just for big cups, but quite a good selection of ones that go up (not sure to what size)

Masonmumny12 · 03/01/2018 18:46

Readermumof3 the dents that my bras have created have left my shoulders looking like that of a bodybuilder's

Masonmumny12 · 03/01/2018 18:49

Iamclearlyamug let's make a deal if one of us win the lottery, the other gets treated to new boobs!!... And maybe throw in some lipo Wink

Save up and go privately

SavvyFishFinger · 03/01/2018 18:52

I think you are missing the point Horace.

If OP says she has 8 orifices then that should be taken at 'face value' (excuse the pun) ha ha

dingit · 03/01/2018 18:53

Just had a quick look, but I think boux avenue only go to a G cup? Waiting anxiously for Bravissimo to bring out their new styles, they assured me early January, I go away in 3 weeks!

When I asked about reduction, I was told to lose weight. Lost 2 stone, but my boobs stayed more or less the same size. Unfortunately I've put over a stone back on Blush
