The little fuckers!!

Bit of background. I'm a SAHM to 7 DC's. DS 1 and 2 have left home. DS3, DTS's, DS6 and DD still live at home.

DH works long hours. What he does is actually unclear: he seems to have enough time to obsess over rubber ducks and the like, but not enough time to do much around the house. I do have help (clothes that knit themselves, self washing pots, etc) but not much support around me when it comes to raising the DC's.

DS6 boards at an exclusive school. Last year, he met a boy there who has very little family of his own, and his remaining family are abusive. I was happy that DS6 had made a friend. I took him under my wing a little. I sent him fifts for Christmas, etc. The boy got on well with the DTS's too.

Recently, however, I've started to worry about the influence the boy has over my DS's. Last year, DS6 came home talking about falling into weed, seieing game pieces moving, and stones! Stones? Are they getting stoned in their free time while at school?

DS6 has become very involved in the boy's home life: constantly writing, worrying, The DTS's have also been worrying about the boy.

An hour ago, I woke and went to quickly check on the DC's. The DTS's are not in their beds: nor is DS6.

DH has been pimping up a car for a year. It's kept in our garden. This is also gone.

What do I do?

AIBU to hit the butterbeer?

eh!

Luckypoppy · 28/11/2017 21:11

Ahh Molly. Stop them being friends. It will all end in tears.

TweeBee · 28/11/2017 21:12

I believe I know you in real life. Are you a Mrs W?
I would stop this immediately. It will end in tears!

TweeBee · 28/11/2017 21:12

Ha ha Lucky! Great minds...

AllRoadsLeadBackToRadley · 28/11/2017 21:12

The thing is Luck, this boy has a "thing" about him. Even DD won't stfu about him!

Evening Mrs Weasley!

emsmum79 · 28/11/2017 21:15

He is trouble, but you maybe need to focus on those DTSs of yours! (And your daughter in about 7 years...)

AllRoadsLeadBackToRadley · 28/11/2017 21:16

Wtaf do I say to them when they come rolling in? Probably piddled as farts...

mikeyssister · 28/11/2017 21:17

Introduce the boy to DD!!!!!!!!

AllRoadsLeadBackToRadley · 28/11/2017 21:18

DD will NOT get near this boy! She will grow up to knit and yell and cook...the way I taught her!

If I were you I'd pay a bit more attention to that Percy, he's a rum un and no mistake.

Don't worry about DS6. I'll watch out for him.

AllRoadsLeadBackToRadley · 28/11/2017 21:23

DS3 is turning into a jumped up little shit, actually. He rrminds me of Earmon Holmes.

Wtf is this

BadLad · 28/11/2017 21:33

Wtf is this

Written as if by Molly Weasley, mother of Harry Potter's friend Ron.

MayhemandMadness01 · 28/11/2017 21:36

I'm sure the teachers at school will keep a close eye on them. Do they have a good pastoral system in plsce?

Luckypoppy · 28/11/2017 23:03

Send DD to an all girls' boarding school.

As for DS2, surely there's an all boys' school out there that can toughen him up and stop him from whining.

Luckypoppy · 28/11/2017 23:04

Obviously I meant DS3!

DS2 is doing just fine I hear.

DSHathawayGivesMeFannyGallops · 28/11/2017 23:12

Perhaps this boy needs to be moved to a school that will cater to his specific needs and get him away from your DC? I hear St Brutus Academy for Incurably Criminal Boys is good.

BlackeyedSusan · 28/11/2017 23:27

how could you not know where they are? I mean it is not like they could just fly out of the window is it? surely you heard them leaving! Hmm

traviata · 28/11/2017 23:36

OP in about 9 years' time you will have a moment of sublime glory involving Helena Bonham-Carter. Just look forward to it.

HermionesRightHook · 28/11/2017 23:43

How's DD's French? I hear there's a great boarding school over in Beauxbatons that might suit? They have boys there, but visual inspection suggests they don't really do very much. Mostly some well behaved girls.

DarthMaiden · 28/11/2017 23:52

Ron will be fine and his friend is a good kid.

You need to worry about Percy - he's a brown nosing little dweeb....

Stock up on the steak for your eldest - he's going to need it.

I want/need to hear more about Charlie the dragon trainer...I'm hoping a biographer I've heard of called Joanne might be able to help - maybe give her a call?

PhDPepper · 28/11/2017 23:59

At least your DH has a nice pet name for you ❤️ although in a few years you'll have to say it out loud in front of your DC.. maybe time to change it from Mollywobbles Blush

TaliZorahVasNormandy · 29/11/2017 00:26

You need to be more worried about Percy and the dragon lover Charlie.

Charlie, never had a relationship......not with a human anyway.

AllRoadsLeadBackToRadley · 29/11/2017 06:01

Well, the little sods are back.

They've brought Horrorboy with them!

His aunt and uncle were "starving" him, apparantly! I've fed him. I have to admit he's a wonderfully polite little boy!

There's been more drama this morning. I told DH about the stolen car...he laughed!

Fucking manchild!

AIBU to coat my self-knitting yarn in cat pee and use it to make him a winter coat?
