... that Cuntydog is dead.

Apparently it was put to sleep a few weeks ago, ExH has just informed me. I'm not sure if it's because it was old, or ill, or because it bit someone. It no longer seems relevant. He is now able to take the children to visit his parents without me having a neurotic wobbler. I do not have to spend weeks in the run up to each of their biannual visits ensuring Cuntydog is kennelled. I am free of the shackles of Cuntydog. Hallelujah.

Just read your previous thread and that must be such a relief! Poor dog but exPIL & exDH clearly not helping!
Did you ever have to deal with another visit with the dog in the end and did it actually get kennelled the last time?

Welshmaenad · 07/11/2017 17:49

It has been kennelled every time since but only because I spend the run up to every visit haranguing ExH to confirm that it will be, and refusing to commit to the children goi g to contact until he does. Our relationship is not good so it's been a constant bloody stress!
