1. Men (even otherwise well mannered ones) piss in the street sometimes because theyre just absolutely dying or caught short. Why arent we allowed to do this? A woman squatting covered by a skirt or coat would have no less privacy.

So either its that theyre so non sacrificing they can't be fucked holding it in, or our society is skewed to think its unladylike fpr us.

1. Toilet paper - men dont wipe. Why? There are still going to be some drops left. Or why dont women not wipe? Whats the difference between a man shaking himself vaguely dry and a woman doing the same?

I have seen many a female pissing in the street after a night out on the town. And some men do in fact wipe :-/

Men aren't allowed to piss in the street anymore than women are... it's just easier and quicker for them to do it so they don't get caught (as much).
