My Ocado top tips are to book the next available slot, check out almost to the end, then stock up on the flash sales before changing the slot to one that you want (the flash sales are better when delivery is soon, I guess because of short sell by dates). Also if there are any good offers, put them back in your basket even if you're not planning a delivery for a bit; the price will be held even if the offer expires.

Friends and family rip the piss out of me for online shopping with Ocado. We've done one yesterday to be delivered today and it's £89 for this week.

Last week we decided to give Morrison's a go and got pretty much the same stuff except we got a pack of cookies, a pineapple and a melon and it come to £136, just over.

Sainsbury's we were spending around £150 a week online and there delivery was rubbish.

Ocado is the absolute best (we find anyway)

Popping up all over the place aren't you pancakefan? And all to sing the praises of Ocado. Something smells fishy.

scaryteacher · 01/10/2018 13:32

Perhaps if Ocado apologised for insulting adult human females on Twitter or by making a public statement, they might just redeem themselves. However, I think they've lost a lot of customers for good.

Lol - topical zombie alert !

TestingTestingWonTooFree · 01/10/2018 14:24

I reckon pancakefan works for Tesco. They must know this would piss off mumsnetters.

Aridane · 01/10/2018 14:53

pancake is a previously banned poster (MNHQ has confirmed on another thread)

MissusGeneHunt · 01/10/2018 14:59

Good try pancake, but MNHQ is onto you...

Lovejoywasodd · 01/10/2018 15:17

This seems like a blatant advertisement.
