Season 7 walking dead overview *definitely expect spoiler!!*

Sorry this is not an aibu but for some reason my phone won't let me select anything else!

Could somebody please give me a brief over view of what happens in season 7 of walking dead, I've seen the first couple of episodes and to be honest I can't be bothered to watch it all!

I seem to have a bit of a love/hate with twd at the moment, It just seems to be the same thing over and over, walkers, find a safe place, safe place isn't safe anymore, big baddie, fight where some die, find another safe place! I get that that's sort of the point when they're trying to get the world back on track and stuff, I just watched season 6 though and I just can't face another series at the minute!

I want to watch the next series when it comes out but j just can't bring myself to sit through season 7 at the minute!

So as brief as you like, as many spoilers as possible would be greatly appreciated! Thank you 😊

Negan kills Glenn and Abe
Carol doesn't want to get involved in any more fighting.
Ezekiel has a tiger. He's fed up feeding Negan so teams up with Rick and co.
Gregory is a dick and doesn't want to team up with Rick.
Eugene goes to Negan and becomes his man at arms sort of.
Sasha dies.
There are some weirdos and their leader looks like Jim Carrey in dumb and dumber. They speak in a stupid manner and severely irritate everyone. The special effects at their gaff are shit.
Weirdos betray Rick in favour of Negan.
The end.

So there's no conclusion to the negan storyline as yet then?

What happens to Daryl?

I don't like negan he looks like he shouldn't be as thin as he is and it un-nerves me!

Daryl is still kicking about. He escaped from Negan and was hiding out at Hilltop (I think). He's back with Rick now. He's still not had a haircut.
No conclusion re Negan. Probably the first half of the next season will be all about him. Then hopefully we will get the baddies from the comics!

Daryl got kidnapped and tortured with easy street music then escaped with the help of iron faces wife.

just watch the last episode of season 7, i got bored with this season to be honest and i looove the walking dead!

That easy street song stuck in my head for weeks... and it’s now stuck again!

Everyone moped about miserably for half a season, giving Negan all their stuff, then perked up a bit at the end of episode 8. We are now in a situation where Alexandria, the Hilltop and Ezekiel's Kingdom are going to war with Negan.

I want to watch the next series when it comes out but j just can't bring myself to sit through season 7 at the minute!

I wish I hadn't sat through session 7. It was pretty lame.

The most interesting episode (for me) was one where Tara found a reclusive community of women. Negan had taken/killed (I forget which) all of the males over the age of ten. I had high hopes that this gave them an incentive to team up with Rick et al to finish off Negan, but instead Rick's lot just nicked all their guns.

Negan is a shit villain. Eugene is currently in Negan's camp, but I'm hoping he's going to do some insider damage. He did give Sasha a suicide pill, which she used to turn herself into a walker in the finale and almost finished Negan off.

But yeah, overall the series was rubbish. There was a really dire scene where some walkers ate a (badly CGI-ed) deer and Michonne thought they were eating Rick and was so distraught she was ready to die. Yep, more distraught than when her son died

Also Negan shaved, which was a big mistake in my opinion.

I wondering if Negan will bloody well stand up straight for at least five minutes and stop sodding smirking. It's reallllllllllllllllly annoying.

Oh yes negan is much better with a beard. Also needs to pull his jeans up.

Seriously, he's always leaning back and laughing w that shit eating grin plastered on his face. After he shaved he looked like the brother in everyone loves Raymond

watch the easy street episode. the rest are shite.

Oh and remarkably Carl used to be an annoying little tit but now is the most badass character there. Didn't even flinch when Negan was going to cut his hand off, was the first to regain his composure and start shooting after the zombie Sasha thing. Now he just needs to remove the stupid hat 🎩

Oh yeah, I totally forgot that Carol went to live in a twee little cottage with roses round the door.

Ezekiel really wants to do her, though.

Other stuff: Gregory is an old-school twat, Maggie is still upduffed, Rosita is bloody annoying, Cor-alllllll is still auditioning for a shampoo ad (because he's worth it), the tiger is rubbish, and the lego-hair/scrap-yard people have a metal walker that they make people fight like they're in a video-game.

My hearts not been in it since Glenn died.

Season 7 was a bit of a shitshow, really. Yet I'll still watch the next season because apparently I'm a glutton for punishment.

I still live in hope that my three main questions will get answered at some point:

1. Why hasn't anyone utilised Michonne's 'tame zombie on a leash' trick? Even she seems to have forgotten about it, even though it kept her alive for fuck knows how long.
2. Why do they keep forgetting that dousing themselves in zombie guts will make them 'invisible'? Surely you'd have your supply runners slapping that stuff all over themselves every single time they left the base? Yet so far they've done it... twice. Yep, twice.
3. Why do they insist on relying on cars as their sole method of transport? Do bicycles just not exist in their world?

... But I haven't overthought any of this whatsoever, honest

I think I'd be happier in a car than on a bike in case of surprise zombies.

What happened to those weird junkyard people? Are they part of the war too?
