AIBU to think I can lose 3 stone by August next year? I'm 5"2 and on the wrong side of 12 stone

I used to be completely inactive but I've bought a Fitbit and ensuring I'm doing at least 10,000 steps and burning 2400 calories a day whilst keeping my intake below 2000.
I've lost 4lb in 2 weeks so far.
Am I being delusional or is this actually achievable? I'm staring to hope!
