DP won't stop posting about me on MN. Our relationship has nearly come to an end several times because of it. She has promised never to do it again because it upsets me, but she still does it. Dirty washing, events, hobbies, health, tragedies. It's like a biography. I have no control about what's private in my life anymore. Help me understand why she can't help herself. Or should I just accept she will keep doing it and end it all?

Most of those things aren't exactly private - eg hobbies and dirty laundry.
YANBU about other things though. If it makes you uncomfortable then leave.
I do think there's a big difference between mentioning she's struggling if you're off work sick or in hospital (for eg) and telling mn about your piles. But either way you have the right to end a relationship for whatever reason you choose - either way it's not unreasonable to do so

My DP doesn't like me telling people I know in RL private stuff about us, but has no problem with it online anonymously.

People usually post because theyre looking for advice and to vent about things they arent happy with - if she needs to post about literally every part of your life then maybe you should start sorting some of that stuff out so shes not so unhappy about it all?
