So a third WH panel (the one on infrastructure) has had to be disbanded. Surely it can't go on like this. He has hundreds of unfilled posts and that is seriously damaging the US - no expertise, no advisers etc. And now this... how can be bleat on about sorting infrastructure and call the US a third world country in that respect ... yet he can't get anyone to move this forward because he is who he is.
