Reportedly Kelly asked the President bluntly Is this how you really feel? to which the President replied something to the effect of not being willing to give the impression that bad press forced him to do anything. The trash coming out of his mouth is all ego and sales pitch to him. First he tries to gaslight the public to believe he said something he didn't say. When that doesn't work he tries to brute force his way to arguing that it wasn't even wrong in the first place. All because he can't stand being criticized.

That's a valid point. I don't know what to call him really. Even "arse" is unfair as arses have a useful purpose. Maybe we need "trump" added to the dictionary as a new noun. If anyone cares to collaborate on the definition, feel free.
