Nose hairs?

Posting for traffic....
Right ladies of MN - how the hell do you all remove nose hairs? I've seemed to have a bit of a sprouting situation as of late. Hoping it's pregnancy hormones, although I could be in it for the long run.
Tried to tweeze and it was just awful! DH suggested I use his nose hair trimmers but I'm not risking it for fear of them growing back stronger and thicker!
Please tell me there's a quick and easy (pain free) solution!!!

I use scissors - small nail scissors. Doesn't Seem to grow back worse. Tried tweezing once and it v was ridiculously painful!

BlackStars · 17/07/2017 22:57

Naids wax

ScarletForYa · 17/07/2017 22:58

Tweezers!

MissBax · 17/07/2017 23:08

blackstars - just googled naids wax and it comes up with 'nads' - is that what you meant?

You need a nasal hair trimmer. I've just bought one and now I feel really old Grin but I was sick of snipping my nostrils with the scissors. Look on Amazon.

peekyboo · 17/07/2017 23:35

Wait til you start with the ear hairs..

MoonPower · 17/07/2017 23:37

Tweezers 💪🏼

justilou · 17/07/2017 23:40

Yes it's Nad's. I personally prefer a hard wax and some paddlepop sticks.

Shylo · 17/07/2017 23:40

Yes she means nads ..... you can buy it on amazon and it's brilliant. Hurts a lot less than you'd think and lasts for ages

justilou · 18/07/2017 14:02

Weirdly, when you pluck a single hair out of your nose with tweezers, it hurts like hell. When you wax all of the little buggers, it's not nearly as bad. Just make sure you hold your nose firmly when you yank.

Bluesue26 · 18/07/2017 14:14

I love yanking my nose hairs out. Looks like I'm picking my nose but I'm not. Most of the time I use small scissors but I will sit there pulling them out. I know it's weird but I dont care Grin

ShesNoNormanPace · 18/07/2017 14:18

Bloody hell. I tweezered some of mine last night when I realised there was little to no distinction between where my moustache finished and my nose hair started.

StoatofDisarray · 18/07/2017 14:23

Get them waxed. It's offered by most salons that do waxing. I get mine done once a month at the same time as my brows. It takes about 5 minutes, and it hurts a bit, but it's effective and looks good.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 18/07/2017 14:29

That Nads looks a whole lot of fun!!

MaidOfStars · 18/07/2017 15:16

I use tiny sharp scissors to trim anything that sticks out. I don't want to remove them all - they have a biological function.

Tingotango · 18/07/2017 15:17

DON'T DO IT YOURSELF IT JUST HURTS

go to your normal/local salon and get them waxed.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 18/07/2017 15:23

It hurts at the salon too.

TheLuckDragon · 18/07/2017 15:33

I trim my nostril hairs with nail scissors.

Quick question - does anyone else get hairs on their septum? Like, the inside(ish) bit? I have to shave them off but wondered if anyone else had this too??

Not my nose in the pic!

Nose hairs?
MaidOfStars · 18/07/2017 15:39

Dragon Yes. They are the ones that stick out for me. The ones internally usually behave.

JungleInTheRumble · 18/07/2017 15:52

I don't have this issue but if I were you I'd wax. It will hurt a little bit but one or two yanks and it's done and will last ages. Tweezing must take forever, prolonging the pain and if you trim the ends'll be all sharp and pointy and you'll have to do it all the time.

BewareTheUndertoad · 18/07/2017 17:32

I pull them out. If there is a stubborn one I get the tweezers. Do it quickly and it isn't painful.

lanbro · 18/07/2017 17:34

I tweeze whilst watching the telly. Not too painful but does make me sneeze!

ZaraW · 18/07/2017 17:39

I use eyebrow scissors

pigsDOfly · 18/07/2017 17:39

I use tweezers. It hurts like hell when you first start doing it but after the first 15 years or so you get used to it.

I also get hairs on my septum and they're really difficult to tweeze out as they seem to grow at an odd angle. Also my eyesight's not good so it's not always easy to see where I'm aiming the tweezers.

And don't get me started on my chin hair.

pigsDOfly · 18/07/2017 17:41

Ha Ianbro I sit and tweeze while I watch tv as well and while I read.
