Is it that he is addicted to respecting women? Like respecting women is his cocaine?

If that's what it is, then it's very nice that he's so keen on respecting women. But it's quite strange to advertise it. Surely someone respecting women would be quite apparent to anyone who knew him. And a meme doesn't prove anything anyway. The whole thing is quite odd to me, but maybe I've misunderstood?

I'm not sure I get it either. He just sent it as he said his friend sent it to him and it was funny, but to me I don't really like a meme being made out of it. Some of the memes with this theme contain violence and it's meant to be a joke.

Hmm. I think if it were me, I would ask him what it meant to get his interpretation of it. I would like to know what it was he found funny.

Even after reading the waffle on Know Your Meme I still have no idea what the actual point of this meme is meant to be. The website it's linked from looks like a right old pile of crap which would lower my estimation of the bloke that sent it for starters. Then I'd ask him what he thinks the meme means and why he finds it funny. It's not promising though.
