Why until the youngest child is 18? Do you inagine that the child will be fully supporting themselve and living independently by then ? If not, where will he / she love if not with their mother ?

What if they decide to go to university ? Where will they live in the university holidays ?

The best thing you can do for your sister is help her work out answers to questions like this and get the best possible settlement for her and the children.

Honestly honestly the single best advice I can offer is that your DSis absolutely gets the best SHL she can find (so not ness the first one she's seen ikwim).

Clearly the pastoral needs of the girls come first but beyond that the single best thing/s she can do is/are:

And I second everything ShakingAndShocked said. Pay particular attention to point 2 - HE IS NO LONGER HER FRIEND. Actually, being the one person she can rant and scream at is highly therapeutic for her. She's having to keep it in for the girls, she's trying to keep calm with the cheating twat - she NEEDS somewhere to vent, and if you give her that, then you are doing her a great service.

Totally get your need for revenge - I've been in your position, and your sister's position, but in the end revenge only reflects badly on you so try and hold it in. Best revenge is to live life BETTER after the cheating scumsuckers have left.
