Looks like cavity wall insulation beads. They tend to cluster due to static. No idea how they got there though!

Looks like a deflated poodle balloon animal! Might they be some type of insect egg? My friend found some tiny pea like eggs in a cluster on their wall.

Googling rat poo it doesn't look like that. There is a wealth of info on various poos out there though....
