To ask to see your bathroom?

I think we had one of these before but I can't flipping find it!

I'm having my bathroom done and finding it very stressful.

If anyone wants to share a pic of any recent renovations (especially tiles!) if be very grateful. It's hard to get inspiration from Pinterest/internet in general as it never looks like a real house that actual humans live in! Unless they're all bald as they never have shampoo...

Gplan your wallpaper is fantastic. I've seen it before and desperately wanted to have it in my house but I couldn't get dh on board.

GplanAddict · 30/04/2017 11:51

Thanks Dereks! We had to be careful to meticulously varnish over the wallpaper a number if times so it doesn't come away, but I love having a fun bathroom!

Beaubeagle · 30/04/2017 12:08

Shugfish the floor and wall tiles are from Tiles & Mosaics. The shower feature wall is from Tile Depot.

wildbhoysmama · 30/04/2017 12:47

Yes Astro it's super warm! It goes with our utility style bathroom so we thought we'd just keep it. Good luck with the shower and ur bath, Woodhill.

woodhill · 30/04/2017 18:23

Thanks wild

Think our ceiling is only 210, dh had to plasterboard it as the height was uneven between the old bathroom and separate loo but I'm sure we'll work up.

justalittlelemondrizzle · 30/04/2017 21:49

Still a work in progress as we've done it ourselves but it's almost done. The tiles were pretty neutral so did our best to keep them as we didn't have loads to spend.
We had a horrendous and very low plastic ceiling hiding the disaster that was the original ceiling so my husband fitted a new ceiling and light fitting. We've changed the flooring, redecorated and dh fitted a new sink. We're changing the toilet and bath/shower screen next month to finish it off. All in all its cost us £200. I wish I had a before photo. It was dire!

Frenchlavender finally remembered tiles are by Johnson tiles in Kiwi.
Gplan yours is fabulous!

butteredbarmbrack · 07/05/2017 07:35

Sorry @firsttimemum just spotted your post. Our blue was a Dulux one, you can get them in kitchen/bathroom formulation. Think it was Lost Lake (that looks about right in their website!)

butteredbarmbrack · 07/05/2017 07:41

Oh and we don't find it too dark as we have a lot of white in the room. One wall entirely white with tiles by the bath, another has tiles on majority of the wall plus window, white bathroom door in the third..... We do have white floor tiles too. In a larger room you might want to break it up or consider just a feature wall I guess.

LaContessaDiPlump · 07/05/2017 07:49

God, all your bathrooms are really nice! Ours is tiny, poorly fitted by DH and constantly covered in a thin layer of soap scum....

Just listed my house for sale on rightmove, these are the agent photos of the bathroom.

I really like the minimalist look, but I do think my bathroom is a bit bare.
