But first he set up an ID as a Syrian refugee.

OK, this is still at the arrest stage, and will all need to be examined in court; it may not be true. But can someone check I've interpreted this correctly: if the accusations are true, then this is a white supremacist planning to make an attack and have refugees blamed for it?

(I don't like to speculate too much before we get the fuller story in court. But I want to be sure I've got my head round this accusation.)
