This month, they have busts of Tsar Nicolas II crying real tears, an unknown sea creature straight out of a horror movie discovered in the Arctic which Putin has confiscated and will be turning into a weapon and an ex-policeman trying to make homeless people into zombies.

Fascinating country - the bust story has actually been propogated by a member of Putin's United Russian Party and supported by several members in the State Duma.. Madness!
